Unfortunately, there are no training courses I can recommend in India. I ran 3-month training sessions thrice myself, but soon realized that unless the participant puts in the adequate input all the guidelines given to him/her are of no avail.
In my early days. I did attend a Phonetics course. For the rest, you are pretty much on your own. Listen to what you admire, turn it over in your mind, add your own touch, practice and… you are in business!
